How does the 15-day free trial work?

15 day free trial gives you access to our Blossom plan instantly. We will email you when your free trial expires. After expiration of your free trial, you get the option to select a plan that best suits your business requirements. Payment can be made using a credit card and if you do not wish to continue, your account will be suspended.

How is Freshchat priced?

Freshchat offers you two plans: Sprout and Blossom. Sprout is free for upto 3 agents. Blossom is the paid plan with advanced features. For Blossom: we offer both annual and monthly billing. Our annual billing is priced at $12 per user/month and the monthly billing is priced at $15 per user/month.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes, you can. Freshchat is a pay-as-you-go service so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. We do not have any cancellation fees. But if you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month. If you are on an annual billing plan, we will try to refund your remaining months on a case to case basis based on our discretion.

Is my data safe?

At Freshdesk, we take data security seriously. Our servers are hosted in a world class data center that is protected by 24-hour surveillance and we ensure that our application is always up-to-date with the latest security patches.
